Brewpub: Pour is copper with a white head. Aroma is butterscotch and spicy hops. Taste is lightly hopped, with mild bitterness. Weird finish is kind of buttery or something. Not a very good IPA.

On tap at the brewpub. Golden with a white head. Hoppy and malty aroma with caramel and hints of citrus. Quite pleasant and more the English-style IPA, so it’s just mildly hoppy. Medium body. Sweet, fruity and malty with some bitterness. Nice enough, but not my favourite kind of IPA. (2012-05-26)

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, thick bright white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of subtle grass and light hay. Taste is floral, citrus, grass. Not bad.

On tap at brewpub 09 des 2011. Light golden colour with a small white head. Unusual mild flavour, very similar to the british IPA, would have expected more of an IPA at 6%. Medium sweet malty and very light hoppy flavour.

Tap @ Oslo Mikrobryggeri, Oslo. Pours a clear mild orange body with a small sidesticking off-white head. Aroma is mild, sweet and fruity with hints of malts, caramel and butter. Light-bodied, average carbonation and it has a mild watery mouthfeeling. the flavors are mild all the way. Mild malty, mild fruity and mild bitter. Kinda blend and quite watery finish on this one. Not my kind of IPA.

(Draught at the brewpub, 5 Nov 2009) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, dried apricots and fresh, citrussy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with grainy malt, dried apricots, orange and fresh, citrussy hops in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry and very well balanced. A solid, tasty and nice IPA.
