Served on draft at Lost Rhino. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of sweet honey malts, apples, faint hops. The taste is nutty and grainy malts, honey and bitter hops. Medium bodied, slight bitterness, refreshing. Nice beer.

Poured a golden color with small foamy white head. Aroma was grain sweetness, hop aromas are a bit subdued. Flavor was a touch of grain, honey. A bit dry, but pretty drinkable. Interesting brew.

Draft at the source. The newest of the special beers from this new brewery. Cloudy golden color, scant white edge head. Aroma of straw and light spice. Taste is sweet with decent enough balance and a fairly dry, lightly spiced finish. Not bad.
