Bottle 33 cl. Brownish-brown color, cloudy, yellow noisy foam. Aroma: strange, wine, caramel, acidity and sweetness, a little vinegar, esters, dried fruits, wood, herbal. Taste: wine, sweetness of caramel, chocolate and dried fruits, light sourness, wine, tart and tannins of oak, bitterness, a bit wildly, not very clean.

Sold as Mufloni Sorachi Flamber. Smell of malt, yeast. Brown colour, brown head. Aroma of malt, yeast, some raw berries. Some earthy flavour in finish. Medium sour. Lively carbon, surprisingly light body. Not my favourite style, but comes up as pretty decent.

Bottle as Mufloni Sorachi Flamber. A brown beer, a head is small and beige. Taste has sourness, earth, some cherries. Taste has earthy sourness, some plums. Medium bodied. I don't get it. Far behind from the best of style.

Tap at Ravintola Kirjakauppa, Pori as "Jonge Bruin". Dark brown color, small beige head, lace. Aroma has caramalt, chocolate, light earthy hops and yeast. Medium-bodied. Caramel, some chocolate, odd spiceyness, only very faint sourness. A bit hoppy, a bit spicey brown ale more or less. Decent drinkability.

(Keg at St Urhos Pub, 20170310) The beer poured dark brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had malts, caramel, Belgian style yeast and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, floralness, mildly sourness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, floral and bitter. I was waiting all the time the oud bruin parts to kick in but they remained in the background.
