Farmhouse Stout with Honey and Lion’s Mane. A collaboration with our friend and honey supplier Pat at Fruitwood Orchards, we brewed an export-style stout with honey, spiced lightly but spiritedly with Lion’s Mane and Oyster Mushrooms. This was fermented for a long stay on our mixed culture, providing a refreshing dryness and balancing tartness. Truly a summertime farm stout, picking up notes of, Ghirardelli fruited dark chocolates, loamy funk, and floral honeycomb. 7% abv
