Bottle. Dirty ass light blond color, very cloudy, super high head. Huge hop nose, herbal, noble, tropical fruits in the background, light biscuit. Great hop flavor, herbal and fruity. Juicy and dry, quite spicy hops. Super high carbonation is too much.

Intense head formation when poured. Haze-ish yellow colour with some residue on the bottom, would probably be almost clear without it. Aroma is very very refreshing. Fruity and wheat-like notes dominate, floral, some grass and citrus fruit. Hops really shines through. Light and zesty on the palate. Flavour is of a very hoppy Belgian character. Surprisingly bitter, with fruity and wheaty notes in the foreground. Grassy, herbal hoppy flavours are also very dominant. FInishes bitter and herbal, a little bit boozy. Very nice actually!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, firm, foamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly sweet-ish, biscuity malty aroma with a touch of speculoos, citrusy overtones, notes of lemon and lime. Taste is dry hoppy, slightly herbal and citrusy, minimally tart and salty, hints of lime and lemon.

Tap @Bir&Fud, Roma
Murky yellow color, sahti-like. Big cloudy off-white head. Exotic fruity, citrusy (Nelson Sauvin & Citra!) nose. Medium-bodied. Citrus/exotic fruityness, grass, nettles, long lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit thin malt profile, but another good one from this good Italian brewery.

Cloudy gold beer with a very big white head. Palate is light and semi dry and mildly crisp. Bitter, almost salty brett. Touch of creamy malt. Nice fruits - zingy orange and bitter yellow grapefruit with a whisper of mango. Very sharp bitter linger. Interesting!
