650ml from mgermani, THANKS!!!! nice dark ruby brown color, nice beige head, good retention, very nice lacing on the glass. aroma is alot of hops, some chocolate, malt, and a nice smokiness, almost sausage like. I know that sounds weird, but it works for me. Mouthfeel is smooth, not much carbonation though. Flavour is still quite hoppy, but finishes sweet. very very nice beer, I wish i could get this all the time!

Dark brown color. Thin white head. The nose reminds me of a home made apple pie. Sweet malty mouth. Milk chocolate, candy sugar, prunes, light-medium body. Slightly off balance. Easy to drink for 7.5%.

Nice brown coloured body with a copper and lighter bronze glow and a thick, three centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of nuts, earth, caramel and a hint of light hops. Medium-bodied; Strong toasted malt flavour with some lighter sugars, a bit of nuts and some metallic and bittering flavours. Aftertaste shows a good malt punch, but less so on the balance and little other flavours. Overall, a decent beer that shows well and is a decent representation of the style. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in McLean, Virginia in Shenandoah National Park on 25-September-2010.

Bottle. Very dark brown color, thick beige head with good retention, solid lacing. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread. Taste is moderately spiced brownies and gingerbread. Interesting flavor combination.

Bomber. Bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours a hazy reddish brown with a small dissipating off-white head; collapses into a soapy collar. Aroma is strong in coriander; caramel less so. Fruit (plums) and Belgian funk come out after it warms up. Taste is sweet and meaty with a little bitterness around the edges. Has a nice Belgian taste to it but the body could be bigger.

Bomber pours deep amber with red ruby edges and tall tan head. The aroma is sweet pineapple, nice sharp bitter floral hops, spicy hops, herbs and a couple of handfuls of fresh clumpy damp virgin earthiness. The taste is a fine load of hops like earthiness, floral bitterness, spiciness, some mild levels of sharp bitter citrus and then faint pine hops. Hidden well within the narrow crevices of the varied hops are echoes of sweet malt, some roasty malts, biscuit malts, a sliver of black licorice and faint dark fruity esters. Tasty brew.
