Draught Very good, dense, impossibly regular head over deep cola-coloured to black beer; textbook lace. Chocolate, seriously burnt/roasted, slightly ashy. Speculoos spices, chili, roast, cinnamon, dry. Further milkpowder, lactose and especially in the finish, chocolate. Chocolate keeps hanging on with some of the chili heat. Finish is very dry, nearly empty. Not bad... maybe a tad too easy.

F: medium, tanned, quick gone. C: black, totally opaque. A: a lot of chocolate, cocoa, bit roasted tones, mocha, vanilla, tobacco touch, dark fruits. T: dark malts, chocolate, vanilla, roasted tones, cocoa, bit tobacco, dark dried fruits, dry on the palate, vanilla is quite a bit overhelming yet enjoyable all together, still lacks some more complexity to be great, medium to full body, lower carbonation, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

Draft @ BBP. Apparently, I remember during the brewery lauch in 2015 the first version was to be discontinued because Tonka beans were not allowed to be used as a condiment within the EU. Today I checked again with the brewer why they brewed it, it seems they use a lower % level of Tonka in an extraction form and added vanilla to this version. Earlier Rating: 10/25/2015 Total Score: 4Draft @ BPP grandopening day, shared with Tderoeck.
