Bottle shared at high Wycombe tasting. Thanks to shig for this one. A jet black opaque coloured pour with a lasting oily tan head. Aroma is huge creamy coffee, Kamp coffee, oily.. Flavour is composed of oily, sticky cold brew coffee, vanilla.. Palate is semi sweet, oily, spicy coffee, bean, green pepper, plastic. Play dough. Palate is thick chewy, moderate carbonation. Oily.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Hazy dark red brown with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, malty, blueberries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. It improves after a couple of sips. 180621

ABV: 7.2%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy berries, blueberry, rubber - bicycle hose, varnish - resin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, blueberry, red berries, vinegar, to me very odd and off ! Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210514]

375ml bottle. Clear, bordeaux colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink head. Fruity, slightly funky, yeasty, minimally woody aroma, notes of blueberries, some oak, a tart-ish, tannic and lactic touch, slightly vinous character overall. Taste is tart, earthy and vinous fruity, slightly fruit acidic, tangy, tannic, woody, mildly funky, yeasty, notes of blueberry, blue grapes, oak, a minimally lactic touch; red wine resemblance except for the carbonation. Watery texture, minimally astringent, dry palate, very homogeneous, somehow carpet-like, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.

37,5 cl bottle @ home. Batch #2 Aroma has tart-ish berry juice, bilberries. Flavour has bilberry juice, mild tartness that grows towards the finish. A bit watery and disappointing.
