Once upon a time, there was a blissfully happy couple of tourists trekking through storms and downpours across western Ireland. Every evening, with soaking wet feet and no way to dry their clothes, they would prop their socks up against the air vent of their little car and gaze at the sea while nibbling on buttered toast… This beer is all of that.
A single malt (Munich), a single hop , a very Irish inspiration… the result is a light beer with red highlights and caramelized, almost chocolatey notes.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazed reddish amber, thin loose bubbly head which diminishes. Tastes a bit deflated, lacks life.. meagre carbonation, has an appealing munich malt sweetness, but doesn't hold itself well.
