This Fresh Delivery puts the spotlight on one of New Zealand’s most celebrated hop varieties – Riwaka. Known for its intense aromas of zesty citrus and lush tropical fruits, it brings a vibrant, expressive character that shines from the very first sip.
The malt bill takes a different direction this time, with oats playing the leading role. More than 60% of the grist comes from oat malt and oat flakes, creating a silky, creamy texture and a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel that perfectly supports the juicy hop profile.
Once again, we chose the unconventional NO BOIL approach, leaving the wort unboiled throughout the brewing process. This rare technique allows us to preserve more of the delicate aromas and flavors contributed by the malt and oats, while also resulting in an exceptionally pale, straw-colored appearance.
