7% Imperial Rye Saison - Charles Faram sent us a few new prototype hop varieties to experiment with. Using Opus and Most, we brewed a robust 7% imperial rye saison. Expect a bit more body than you’re used to from our saisons, but the hops used give it a lovely dry finish.
