Can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is pine needle forward some orange citrus notes and a grain malt. Taste is more of the nice hop combo pine citrus and a well balanced bread malt.

Hazy orange and copper coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of hops, light malt, some alcohol and resin and a good deal of sugars from caster sugar. Medium-bodied; Strong rich flavour of malt, sugar and a touch of hops - not too much there here, though. Aftertaste shows some citrus, grapefruit, resin, pine and a lot of malt - some residual sugars as well, but there isn’t much hops in here, despite the flavours. Overall, a fairly mild Imperial IPA with some decent flavours, but not enough complexity nor sheer flavours. Nice to sample, but with all the other options, this isn’t worth your while or your bucks. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Gat Beer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 02-July-2016 for US$4,00 sampled at home in Washington a few hours before leaving back for Philadelphia on 13-October-2016.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a bright golden color with an enormous foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was gritty, leafy, piney and floral hops. The flavor was gritty, leafy, piney and floral hops. All hops with nothing to back it up. Medium length finish. Medium body. Alcohol well hidden. Ok.

12 ounce can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color with a big rocky white head. Fresh grapefruit peel hop aroma. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor is quickly displaced by the spicy, resiny hop blast. Notes of grapefruit and sweet caramel come forward as well. Nice peppery bitter hop finish is long and pleasing.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is graepfruity and smooth fruity. Light herbal, solid hoppy, almost a burn, grapefruity and resin. Dry and bitter finish.

Pour is orange with a healthy white head. Highly hopped aroma of citrus and pine with light earth and malts, too. Medium bodied. Bitter citrus hops come across the tongue, followed by a bit of pine and mild grass hops. Has a medium to light malty background. Finish is dry and bitter. A nice DIPA. (Firkin at Standard Tap)
