Bottle shared by willblake at Dmacs. Pours apricot with white head. Nose/taste of chardonnay, vanilla, oak, funky yeast, peach and apricot. Dry vinous finish. Medium body.

750ml bottle I picked up at Norm’s Beer in Vienna. Pours a translucent orange with a frothy, lacing white head. Nose has plenty of white grapes right up front, some leafy vegetables, light tartness, a little farmyard, some sweetness, a little light wood, pears, oranges, light vanilla. Flavor is really solid. The brett doesn’t create a ton of acid so everything is well balanced; malty, woody, pears, green apple, orange, light lemon, white grape. Medium bodied, dry finish. A ton of barrel came through without being overwhelming. At first is smelled just like chardonnay, but the flavor is much more complex. All in all, a little lactic acid might have done this some good.

Bottle courtesy of Travlr, thank you! Poured a slightly cloudy light orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is heavy on the wine barrel notes, with a touch of vanilla brought out of the wood. Flavor was wine, with notes of Brett yeast that produces a bit of a sour taste. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Bright cloudy orange, large off white head, decent lacing. Aroma of musty white wine, vanilla. Taste is sour lemon and feet with a bit of sweat. Nice stuff.
