12 oz. can. Pours hazy pale amber with a white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, florals. Taste is citrus, caramel, grapefruit, pine notes. Better than the pale ale, but flavor still seems a bit subdued.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and grains with a hint of citrus underlying. Flavor is grass forward with a bit of earthy citrus and a grain backbone.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear amber with a finger of head. Lots of caramel, pine and grapefruit in the nose. Same on the palate. Old school but enjoyable.

Nice bitter IPA, lightly sweet with a massive IBU-packed back end. Starts easy, grainy malt against a toasted base, yet the grapefruit-herbal hops jump in and bring on a serious bitterness in the finish. Dry, dry fade. Huge funky hop nose, decent pour. Bitter is good. More bitter IPAs, please.

12 oz can to a shaker glass at the Bearden Beer Market in Knoxville, Tennessee. The pour is a slightly hazed copper golden with a small cream white head. The aroma is fresh grassy, pine, citrus and a bit of earthiness. The taste is soft malt sweetness, herbal, citrus and pine hops. Fresh and clean. The palate is light to medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. Nicely balanced IPA.
