Poured a slightly clouded gold. Bananas cloves etc. A pretty competent hefeweizen really.

This brew is a slightly hazy pale amber color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of wheat, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, herbal wheat and bready malt. The finish is fruity with a clove and wheat aftertaste. Decent overall.

An aggressive American style hefe. Very phenolic, tending more to clove than banana, but elements of both. Carbonation strong, fizzy, carbonic bite.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a small foamy white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was bready, yeasty, citrus and clove. The flavor was very bready, tangy, sweet orange and hints of peach and clove. Long finish with a touch of bubblegum. Medium body. Solid.

Lemon, mint, coriander nose. Cloudy amber, thick head. Coriander, subtle bubble gum, mint. Chewing gum finish. Medium body. Tasty, but kind of a hybrid witbier and hefewizen. At least it isn’t an American wheat.

Easy drinking and soft on palate. Pours cloudy golden with good head and lacing. Finishes sweet with some light bread yeast and banana. Tap at Union Pub.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, best by August 24, 2014, poured into a weizen glass. Pours very slightly hazy (almost clear) with small white head. Aroma is light clove, medium/light body, medium/low carbonation, and some medium bubble lacing. Taste is estery malt, some clove, and hints of banana. Hoped for more flavor.
