Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with a thick white head that lasts. The aroma is a strong banana and clove. send mouth feel with a strong banana flavor and a bit skunky in the finish. Good

Pours hazy orangish color with off white head. Aromas of clove, banana, wheat and yeast. Very yeasty flavor with clove and banana. Medium body with average carbonation.

Hazy gold with a tall, creamy, off-white head. Yeasty, banana-wheat aroma. Flavour is orange, banana, wheat.... A slight earthy/herbal bittering... Pretty good.

Draft sample at the 9th Annual Summertime Brews Festival, Greensboro, 7/13/13. Pours a hazy golden color with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, mild spice, earthy hops. The taste is citrus, wheat and a spicy finish. Medium bodied, simple but solid.

12 oz. bottle, trade. Cloudy golden color with a cap of white head in a Weizen glass. Nose is mild with light banana and sweet malted wheat. Flavor is malted wheat, notes of banana and clove. A hint of citrus hops when warm. Medium bodied with lightly creamy texture. Overall a decent American variation of the German originals.

Bottle. Sour milk, lemon, clove and wheat malt aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon/orange, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Pretty good.

The body is clearer than most Hefeweizens and is light-medium yellow with a smallish white head. Light spice and banana in the aroma. Light sweetness in the flavor with a dry finish. I’d like to have this finish without the dryness.
