12oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear amber pour, fizzy head. Light pumpkin aroma and a hint of pie spice. Taste follows with more pumpkin flavors, pie spice providing minor notes in the background. Dry finish. Seems thin.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 1/21/2018. Pours slightly hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, brown sugar, bread dough, toasted biscuit, light caramel, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of pumpkin, spices, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, brown sugar, bread dough, toasted biscuit, light caramel, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Mild herbal/spice bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, brown sugar, bread dough, toasted biscuit, light caramel, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of pumpkin, spices, and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a very good pumpkin ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of pumpkin, spices, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink; with the mildy bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and never watery feeling for the ABV. Nice authentic pumpkin fruit presence, with great spice balance and bready malt backbone. Nothing overdone or feels out of place. A very enjoyable offering and great style example.

Keg at Fools Gold. Pours Amber with a reasonable white head. Aroma is pumpkin, spices, cinnamon and a little bread. Taste is really bready, it's quite thin but has the pumpkin, cinnamon and cloves in the finish. It's ok.
