Strasznie fajne polaczenie bretow z chmielem, chlalne, dosc goryczkowe, nieco zahaczajace o apteke bretty, jakies owocowe posmaki. Ale caosc za agresywna nieco for mi.

Bottle thanks to Vestergaard and Rasmusott. Pours pale hazy yellow with a big frothy head. Aromas of brett, funk, sweet esters, tart fruit, slightly hoppy, some mango and apricot-like fruity sweetness to it. Taste is bretty, slightly tart, funky, sweet esters, slightly peppery, lemon zesty, dusty.

Bottle. Lovely stuff. Aroma is very fruity, tropical, mango, peach, but also with a citrus sharpness and a bit of leather, white wine and mineral sourness, if that makes sense. Taste is great too. Initial big fruit hit then light sourness and then a dry lemony finish. Bit spritzy and very easy drinking. Very nice!

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, brett, hops, and malt. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, citrus fruits, malt, and hops, leading to a tart finish.

Spannendes Ding!

Golden, slightly hazy coloured body with a nice, four centimetre tall dense off-white head. Aroma of super soured grapes, yeast, brett, apples, grain and a bit of light earth with some bright hops and tropical fruit on the finish - very soured aroma though - nice! Light to Medium-bodied; Strong sour flavour of grapes, lemons and a bit of herbs with a nice smooth hop flavour along with some maltiness and quite a bit of wild funk throughout. Aftertaste is rich and robust with a very nice herbal and dry hoppy flavour along with some sweetness from the fruits and a bunch of wild yeast flavours that dominate, most of them being sour bretty flavours, but they are all good and lead to a ton of complexity on the finish. Overall, a rich and very interesting beer with a lot of sourness, a smooth complexity and a nice flavour that makes the mouth water, but quenches it at the same time! I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased from Lueken’s Liquor in Dunedin, Florida on 03-October-2015 for US$9,99 sampled at home in Washington on 19-November-2016.

A really nice and tasty beer that sadly is destroyed by a far to rich carbonation. You can feel its lovely flavor behind the fizzy stuff if you sip on it for some time.
Cloudy yellow color with a big white head. The head gives in quite fast also. Nice aroma. Best part of it! Medium + body and a rich carbonation. Ok balance between acidity and sweetness. Semi dry texture. Complex and nice flavor. Citric, funky, tropical and a nice yeast profile.

Bottle. A slowly erupting gayser forming a big, collapsing white head over an unclear pale orange body. The aroma is lightly funky, with lemon, oranges and a barnyard hint, lots of tropical fruits like peaches and pineapple, some grapes and a faint malty hint. Some dusty cellar too. It’s rather effervescent on the palate, dry and medium to full-bodied, with flavors of pale malts in the far back. Oranges, peaches, some lemon and grapes, some canned pineapple and a light funkyness, leather and barnyard mostly, in the flavor. Nice bitterness too. Not really sour this one, although there’s a faint sourness towards the finish. Really tasteful, refreshing and pleasant, but there’s too much carbonation I think. 160304
