Like many good things, 10K IPA was the result of a bet. Our Co-Founder offered our Brewmaster $10,000 to brew an IPA that got higher ratings than one of the notoriously best IPAs in the world. Our Brewmaster claims he never got that $10,000, but the beer world got an incredibly big and bold IPA, exploding with Simcoe hop flavor and just the right amount of malt sweetness.

Tap at Craft Brewed. Pours a pretty gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Great citrus forward nose with faint pine. West coast, low malt body. Touch of honey and grass. Grapefruit, pithy bitter finish. Tons more citrus comes through on the palate. Abv hidden super well. Diggin' this!

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a clear copper gold with large frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is earth, pine, toasted malt. Medium body, grapefruit, earth, bready malt, lingering resin finish, decent.

On Tap hazy deep orange with a thin web like head and lacing. Lightly caramelized pale malts, big full bitter hop bite. Some ABV burn and a well attenuated palate for a 9%er Not impressed with the muted hop flavors.

Draft at Churchkey. Clear golden color, white edge head. Aroma of pine resin. Taste is pine!! with decent balance.
