Bottle. Floral wheat malt and straw aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head and high effervescence. Sweet floral berry wheat malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Decent body. Okay.

Pours a light amber from a bottle. Aroma of digestive biscuits. Flavor of honey covered biscuits, very smooth, lots of floral notes. Good beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle from AirForceHops poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small/medium white head. Aroma is nice chamomile, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is chamomile, wheat, and some honey. Not bad.

12oz bottle from a Wegham’s in Buffalo, NY. A hazy amber pour with a trace of white head; pleasant honey aroma; gentle, sweet, floral taste, well balanced with just a touch of honey; but lacking any finish. A refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable beer.

Draught at the brewery on 2/7/14
Very pale, nearly lime-juice colored beer with some golden tints and a small but well-retained white head. Hazy, but not cloudy.
Very little aroma, per style, some vanilla, creamed wheat, light peppery hops and just a touch of tartness from the fermented honey. No flaws though...
In the mouth you are immediately greeted by a very lightly tart wheat character and a healthy dose of fairly tight carbonation that quickly gives way to very authentic honey sweetness. It’s ALMOST too sweet, but not quite. The blandness from the wheat gives it something to sink in to and the light tartness, touch of peppery/spicy hoppiness and moderate carbonation help keep it balanced. Pretty nice flavor balance they are able to achieve without it being fully fermented out. Do they add honey to secondary? Don’t know. The chamomile, furthermore, is a bit of an afterthought and very elegantly not overdone. Maybe a touch too soft/syrupy of a texture, but otherwise really nice take on the "style".

Whole Foods, Bowery bottle ($2): Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma is flowers, honey, and wheat. Taste is much the same. Lightly sweet. Nice floral taste. More taste there than I would have thought. There is even a nice aftertaste.

Hazy, dark yellow with a short, off-white head. Wheat and honey aroma, floral. Taste is sweet, honey, wheat, sharp citrus...orange-lemon, flowers. Nice, but just a little too sweet, overall.
