The first beer to come out of our Great Wall Barrel Program, The Wall Builder is a robust Imperial Stout that we aged in (Arran Malt) scotch barrels for 4 months. The result is a complex beer with roasted and chocolate character, in combination with myriad of flavors picked up from the barrels.
