Draft at Soldaten Svejk in Stockholm. Just your average bitter pils, nothing really to write home about. Tarheels86 chose this one. i chose more wisely.

Pours golden, white head. This beer had a nice crisp and flowery hop character. Not very bitter, but crisp.

Bottled 500ml. -Pale golden coloured, small to medium white head, dusty nose. Slight malty, weak hoppy and grassy with notes of herbs in the finish. Simple Boh. pils but nothing special here.

Bottle at the Beershop tent at the Rujanfest in Zagreb, possibly shared with ogivlado (thanks!). Poured a yellow-gold body witha a small white head that went away at a medium pace. Sweetish grainy malt and a lemony-herbal hop, slightly sourish in the nose. Light taste without much of a body, a malty presence, a bit eggy, light hop aftertaste. Humm.. will rerate it as I might’ve had it too cold but still underwhelming I guess.

(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 20 July 2008) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, grassy nose with notes of toffee. Malty, grassy taste with some toffee and a nice, fresh, grassy bitterness in the finish. Some malt sweetness. Very tasty, classic Bohemian pilsener. Nice one.

beautiful deep yellow colour. As it is typical for some Czech lagers, it is bitter-sweet, very malty with lovely hops in the background. There is a flavour which reminds me of honey. Dry and hoppy finish.
