Location: At the Foodery in Philly, 4/9/11

Aroma: The nose is fairly citrusy and herbal, with some floral and tropical notes
Appearance: It has a hazy golden pour with a large white head atop it
Flavor: The taste is like the nose with more of a yeast/dough characteristic to it
Palate: This one is fairly smooth with a medium body, an easy drinkability, and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: This was a really solid offering. One that I really enjoyed and I am glad that I got to try. Good stuff for sure.

The final brew from a beer pairing dinner at Craftbar. Amazing dinner and this was the best beer. Nose is of tropical fruits and piney hops, probably best smelling beer I’ve ever had.pours amber with nice white head. Tastes of cantaloupe, apricot, lots of hops, really amazing. Loved it

Thirteenth rating of this beer. I missed the draft version, but Chris from Georgetown bought a bottle to share - thank you sir! Cloudy variegated yellowish orange color. Aroma of pine, orange peel, coriander. Taste is rising bread dough and light spice. Fantastic.

A nice amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice mix of chardonnay and c-hops, resinous, and smooth meaty notes. In mouth, a smooth woody malt, oak barrel, with loads of resinous c-hops, rich and classy. On tap at Boston Beer Summit, Jan. 15 2011.

Pours hazy deep gold into a tulip. Conglomerate off-white head pancakes and recedes leaving spider lacing. Heavy citrus - lemon, orange and grapefruit aromas. Crisp with upfront oat bread turning quickly to bitter orange before the lasting grapefruit pith finish. ABV is well hidden.
