Bronsjefarget med hvitt kremet skum. Ser veldig fristende ut. Lukter malt, brød. Mild og tørr i munnen. Brød, karamell i smak. Lett og kort.

Hand pumped at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours loaded gold, clear, with very fine white foam. Aroma is weak but nice, of caramel, earthy. Body is slightly thin, with no carbonation. Taste is very moderate in sweetness and with some toasty bitterness. Final is very dry and very thin.

Draft pour at the Antelope Inn, in Bangor. Deeper golden with a creamy-smooth head. Refreshing and at an easy strength with a light malty taste. Found also at the Old Arcade in Cardiff city centre.

Cask at Three Blackbirds Inn, Cwnbran. Amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and malty aroma. Taste is sweet malty, bready, fruity and with earthy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK.

Keg at Ton Pentre FC - When in Wales, have a Welsh Beer. Nothing decent on so we had this. More bland nitrokeg nonsense.

Keg nitro, half pint at the Queens Vaults, Cardiff. Deep golden to copper colour, creamy white (or slightly off-white) head - nitro beer that takes a long time to settle. Very moderate aroma, but at least it is not unpleasant - hints of malts and fruit. Very smooth mouthfeel and flavour (surprise, surprise!), some malts and fruit in the flavour. Clearly drinkable, a crowd pleaser. Did I mention that it is smooth?
