Wash. DC tasting. golden white head Belgian abbey yeast, some lingering candi sugar, light banana esters and a mouthfeel that is on the sweet honey suckle side. Notes of spices, that along with a mild floral bitterness give this beer an interesting approach to the style.

Bomber. Pale, clear golden body. Frothy white head, mostly lasting. Modest aroma of toasted malts, herbs, dough, ctirus, strawberries and clove. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Overly sweet and underattenuated for either a tripel or a strong ale.
