Summer Session ale is a light, refreshing unfiltered ale brewed with Barley, Oats, Rye, and wheat for a subtle complexity. A reserved hop bitterness and aroma balance the lightly sweet grain character.

Growler. Mellow, soft aroma, a little herbal dough. Buttery malt tones. Oily, off-white head. Soft herbal hop tones. Very sessionable, but a little odd, maybe some off flavors. Not bad, just sort of misses the mark. Herbal session beer.

Tap at Birreria Paradiso. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head and medium lacing. Aroma of lemon peel, white pepper. Taste is subtle citrus, body is very light. Easy to drink, but lacks the character and complexity of others in the style.
