Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal miele di castagno. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La carbonazione è abbondante, con velocità di risalita morbida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca il senso finale è di caramello, miele di castagno, cereali e alcol presente.

Bottle: Poured a dark reddish brown with an off white head. Aroma is light malt and spice. Taste is spicy with bitterness and malt.

75 cl bottle at Birroteca Tana di Luppolo in Bologna, recommendation of Marco. Correct name is SOHC, which means "Single OverHead Camshaft" (or, "blowjob" in the local dialect!) Copper color, huge beige head, solid lacing. Aroma of malt and caramel syrup. Taste starts sweet, transitions to a scotch flavor, and ends with a bitter edge. My first chestnut beer. Unusual.
