Rice helps this beer ferment dry to better showcase the five different hops we use. We then dry hop with generous amounts of Chinook and Citra to create a nose that hints at tangerine, mango, papaya and pine.

Pours a nice light copper from a bottle. Aroma is big tropical and citrus fruit and a bit of vomit. Flavor isn't vomit but definite soap. Thin and weird.

12 oz. bottle with a best by date of 12/7/2016. Clear in color gold with slow steady carbonation. Aroma is similar to sake mixed with light pine and mild fruit.

Interesting flavor; mango in the center followed by rice with a lightly piney, lingering bitterness. Bitterness is moderate to strong with a lasting effect. Body is medium with a decent mouthfeel. I definitely appreciate the substitution of the yeast for the rice. Creative.

Bottle thanks to Blipp. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grain and biscuit with some grass and pine notes. Flavor has notes of rice and sweet grain with just a light hoppiness of grass and a hint of mango.

Bottle at Sander’s in NYC. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Nose has lots of pine, heavy pale malts, light anise, ripe grapefruit. Medium to big sweet flavor, some alcohol punch, floral and piney hops, mild bitter grass. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quite sweet to finish, some sugary pale malts, more flowers, pine, white bread, grapefruit. Not bad.
