Hot Summer Nights

Taste This light, fresh Saison was brewed while thinking of hot summer nights. We used a gruit mix, which is a mixture of different herbs and spices. In this case we used Jacmel peel (orange peel), black and white pepper and hyssop. Hyssop is a herb with a slight spearmint flavor and bitterness, often used as an ingredient for gruit beers. Hot Summer Nights is bitter with a slightly pepper character. The Jacmel peel give notes of orange and the Summer hops complete this beer with notes of tropical fruit. Name This collab has been brewed with Austmann Bryggeri from Norway. Summer in the title refers to the Summer hop. Enjoy Hot Summer Nights during long and hot summer evenings (and –nights!).
