Bottle at Craft Beer Co tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours deep orange, with a thick off-white head. The nose is sweet tangerine, orange, mango, apricot, orange sherbet, leather and resin. The taste is orange, tangerine, mango, lemon pith, pine, resin, leather and alcohol warmth, with a bitter-sweet citrus finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Tasty and easy drinking.

Bottle at 1st CBC Sunday Tasting. Pours a clear amber with a big, white head. Strong resinous pine aroma, some sweet toast, hints of grapefruit. Very sweet flavor, toasted bread, some brown sugar, pine, cake. Full bodied with average carbonation. Finishes mildly warm with oily resins, pine, sweet grapefruit and hints of melon. Very drinkable. I love it.

A hazed dark amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head, gushing. In aroma, nice caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, treacle, light sulfur, still dank. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light vinous character, alcohol warmth, closer to a barley wine. Bottle from 2011.

22 oz. bottle, sent from gn0sis (thanks Eric), pours a cloudy orangey with a small head. Aroma is quite pungent with truckloads of grapefruity hops, quite skunky, resinous hops and caramel malts. Flavour is quite grapefruity and citrusy in hops, with a decent amount of malt to back. Medium complexity and quite a bitter finish. Solid.

8/10/11/9/7/9

Bomber from Half Time. Pours hazy light amber with a 1 finger creamy/bubbly near-white head. Lots of fruity hop over a slightly roasted malt backbone. Near full in body. Lots of sweet caramel with lots of fruity/floral hop. I’d say this one is toward sweet rather than dry, but it’s a close call. It’s bitter, but not the harsh NW bitter. So flavorful. They did not skimp on ingredients. It’s almost chewy.

22oz bottle pours a totally clear, bright orange with a creamy white head. Nose is mild hops, earthy, pine, oranges. Flavor is sweet, caramel, light hops. Bitter and a touch sweet. Needed more pronounced hop flavors.

Bottle shared by Sean, thanks! Poured a hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a nice strong pine note that was backed strongly by cereal and bread. Flavor had a nice pine note well that was backed well by cereal and a bit of citrus coming out in the finish.
