Bottle from Santa - hazy golden pour, with quite a soapy head on it - aroma of lemon, coriander, some lavender, and honey - floral flavors and honey sweetness up front - followed by a mellow, peppery spiciness - tastes more like a sweet version of a saison than a tripel - not terribly complex, but quite refreshing.

Bottle at the Richmond Beer Dig on 03/07/2010. Cloudy orange body with a medium foamy off-white head. Earthy and candi sugar aroma. Big sugary flavor with floral hops and some spice. Medium full body with moderately high carbonation. 6/3/7/3/13 - 3.3 Bottle on 12/20/2008 from Once Upon A Vine - South. Labeled Lunatique. Very slightly hazy golden body with a large rocky white head. Sweet toasty malt aroma with some fruity notes and some candi sugar and spice. Candi sugar flavor with toasty malt, more fruity notes and a bit of light spice. Medium full body with moderate carbonation and a fairly dry finish. 7/3/8/3/15 - 3.6 08/20/2006 - Hazy light blonde color with a large creamy white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with some spice and fruit in the end. Sweet fruity flavor, with a nice spice in the end. 8/3/8/3/15 - 3.7

Very light colored amber pour with an aggressive head. Citrus elements aplenty with lemon, lime, and some flowery tastes. Light quality in the texture, it seemed to lose the citrus sharpness as it warmed up. Basically good, but not great.

Bottle Poured a bright clear light yellow/gold with lots of effervescence. A large white head nad very nice sheeting lacing. Mild on the Belgian aroma/flavor and mainly a fairly subdued, wheat and light mallt flavors. Not much hops and all in all very pleasant. Thanks to Buck for sharing during a home brew day.

Bottle. Hazy orange-gold beer with a good white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Yeasty, citrus, and fruit (strawberry when yeast is swirled in). Malt is a bit bready and very much in background. Dry finish. A bit of a cardboard finish.
