(Draught at the brewpub) Poured pale golden and lightly hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma contained butter and grass. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were butter, small amount of malts and very stinging acridness. Aftertaste was acrid.

Bottled (thanks TM). Yellow colour, slight haze and mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is smalty, a bit yeasty, grassy and slightly butterscotch as well. Flavour is being quite much the same. A rather nice and pleasant Pilsener from Estonia for once.

Sampler(Degustatsioon) at Beer House, Dunkri 5,Tallinn 22.Oct.09. A lightly hazy honey coloured body, with creamy white head. Hops and a hint of yeast to the nose, which makes the taste of sour milk less surprising; it does not make me favour it more, however. There is also notes of citrus, which makes the finish more pleasant.

Big shiny white lasting head. Hazy deep yellow body with carbonation. Grassy herbal aroma with sulphury straw notes. Dryish grassy straw and grain taste with mealy notes. Mid-to-full body. Sharpish mouthfeel. Fizzy. Dry herbal grassy aftertaste with hoppy notes. Some sulphur. Quite nice. Being unfiltered clearly helps. Chief fault is that it’s a bit chalky and watery. (0.5l draft at brewpub.)

Draught at the brewpub. Slightly citric aroma, already I suspect an infection. Cloudy light amber colour. Small stable white head. Citric flavour with some burnt plastic. Roasted and smoky aftertaste, with lemon peel bitterness. Infected and quite bad.

Draught @Beer House
Hazy yellow with small creamy white head. Aroma of hops and lemon dish cleanser. Soft, medium-bodied palate. Quite softly hoppied for the style, but ok with a food.
