Famous for its rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor, with roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops, this true original delivers a well-balanced taste with very distinct character. Born from a historic recipe that was resurrected in 1987, Yuengling Traditional Lager is a true American classic.

12/VI/18 - 12Fl. Oz. can @ ElManana+1's place - BB: n/a, "1802912" (2018-755) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Clear amber beer, creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, sweet, caramel, sugary. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, bit metallic, soft bitterness, meh. Aftertaste: grains, little bitter, malty, some caramel, pretty darn boring, but not that bad actually...

Can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out corn and cereal malt. Flavour is cheap, with corn, straw and cereal. Not too offensive, but it's not good.

From old tasting notes. Clear, deep amber gold color with a light beige head. Earthy, toasted malt nose. Zesty sour hop flavor upfront. some dryness in the middle but the carbonation dominates the palate. Bitter finish and aftertaste. Good flavor but too gassy.

Clear amber pour with a khaki head and poor retention. Spotty lacing. Clean and smooth caramel lager flavor. Medium body. Good stuff.

Bottle @ Buddyβs Crab House & Oyster Bar, Surf City, North Carolina. Amber with a carbonation and no head. Standard lager with a more malty nose than taste.
