Our Nut Brown Ale starts out very smooth, like an English-style Brown Ale. The use of Chocolate Malt, Munich Malt, and Hallartau Hops give this beer a crisp, nutty finish. Peak Nut Brown is a delectable beer loaded with complex, differentiated flavors that don’t overwhelm the palate, making it a perfect dark beer for food pairing.

330ml bottle provided by djoeye. Deep nut brown body, low beige head, dotted spots on the glassware. Moderate brown malty nose, dry. Taste of nuts, caramel and earth. Mid-dry malt-driven endnotes. Easy to drink. Fair enough. (Backlog, Tromsø 02.08.2017).

This nut brown poured just that, nice deep amber colour with a creamy light tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include light caramel, club soda and a little roast. First swig was quite thin on the mouthfeel, with flavours of very light caramel and bleach? Finish is almost salty with a little hop flavour/bitterness lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at Cask and Vine yesterday. Somewhat hazy light brown color with a decent sized tan head. Caramel butterscotch and light earthy hops with just a touch of nuttiness. Surprised I hadn’t had this before, its not too bad.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish hazel, medium tan head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is malty, nutty, bready, hint of grass, light smoke. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, nutty, malty, grassy. Light plus body, a bit acidic, but otherwise a middle of the road example of a middle of the road style.
