Bottle as a Christmas present from my brother and drunk at home a few months later. Clear amber colour lasting thin beige head. Certainly a tasty premium bitter, lots of fruity malt and biscuit here. Very drinkable. Earthy, brown malts, earthy hops. It’s a premium bitter. Some blackcurrant and hedgerow. Fine.

500ml bottle. Hazy brown amber colour, foam off-white head that slowly dissipates away and malty, fruity, yeasty aroma. Taste is sweetish malt with a sourish citrusy edge, some hay, wood, yeast plus a metallic hop bitterness. Slightly spritzy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, earthy dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable ESB.

Bottle. Deep copper coloured pour with small beige head on top. Fruity/bready aroma. Fruity, hoppy, bready taste. Refreshing and a very pleasant beer indeed. This beer is brewed at Hambleden near Henley which is a really beautiful English village.
