[On tap at BJ's, Brea, CA.] A bright amber pour with thin white head; weak birchy aroma; smooth in the mouth with buttery malts and resinous hops; then a well-balanced bittersweet finish. Lacking distinct flavours though.

Draft. Deep golden/light amber body. Frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, lemon, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Straight-forward IPA.

Draft at the BJ's location in Glen Allen, VA. Poured a clear golden color with a small, slightly off-white head. Aroma was very floral, with some bitter resin notes. Flavor was about the same, reminds me of a classic IPA.

Pretty generic chain-brewpub IPA, mild caramel malts with a minor grapefruit citrus bite and morderate pine on the finish. Inoffensive, but immediately forgettable.
