Een ode aan de oersmaak van pils. Dat is Brand Up, of Urtyp Pilsener. De krachtige hopsensatie, speciaal met Saazerhop uit Tsjechië, begint achter op de tong, waarna de lange, frisse nasmaak je hele mond verlicht. Dit bier komt het dichtst bij het oorspronkelijke pilsrecept uit 1842, ja ook toen wisten ze ’t goeie leven al goed te vieren.

Aroma of malt, grain, hint of citrus, fresh hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a distinctively bitter finish. Quite nice Pilsener, a huge surprise.

Helder goudkleurig bier met schuim. Smaak is goed bitter hoppig en licht zoet met duidelijk graan en hop. Blijft erg lang hangen.

30cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: pale gold, crystal clear. A: sweet malty, bit bready, floral, spicy. T: medium malty base, bit bready, grassy, bit harsh bitterness, spicy touch, ok drinkable yet nothing very tasty, medium carbonation, not enjoyed.

Creamy, rocky white head stayed on a translucent pale golden body. Floral,spice & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, crisp, clean & well carbonated. Clean tastes of grass, pine, yeast & bitter hops. Nice
