Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy deep amber color with mid-sized creamy off-white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of pungent citrus, passion fruit, peach and rich caramel. Taste starts short refreshing fruity, supported by rich and smooth malty backbone, mouthfeel is warming and spicy, while finish is heavy bitter with neverending aftertaste. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Top of the hops...

Borefts VI. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is a little dry and has fine crispness. Very nice malt base, lightly sweet toffee - caramel. Hops bring grapefruit and orange marmalade. Skunk. Mild tropical fruits. Hop spice. Light finish with a citric peel linger. Nicely balanced/.

On tap. Pours Amber with very light head. Aromas of dry toffee, dough, and light tropical fruit. Flavors of pine and caramel. Simple but very nice.

On tap at Borefts 2014. Clear amber colour lasting cream head. Big pine resiny grapefruit aroma. But slightly sweet too. Smooth creamy in mouth. Ok. Nit much bitterness. Some creamy toffee. Some pine.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy citrics, grapefruit, orange pith, hoppy tang. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, light pine, caramel, bitter orange, apricot, spice, citric zing, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking DIPA.

[9/26/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Clear orange-amber. Lovely fruity hops aroma, a bit “green”. Very bitter flavor, hoppy, very leafy and “green” with some fruitiness, alcohol and pretty big malt sweetness. Medium-bodied, a bit oily.

Tap @ De Molen Beerfestival 2014. Pours golden with a small off white head. Peach melba - thick and nasty diacetyl. Some alcohol. Waauw - really filthy!

Clear red brown colour, white head. Aroma of hops, lots of hops. Sweat, resin, light fruity, pine, apricot. Bitter hoppy flavour, fruity, malts. Bitter finish, resin. Nice!
