Malty aroma of predominantly oat and rye. Then the Simcoe hops show up, providing a moderate floral character and some fruits. Flavour is quite malty, a little sweetness, leading to a dry-bitter finish. Not as hoppy as I expected. Interesting take however on the Koyt beer.
