From bottle, cloudy light orange colour, pomelo, green notes, some onion, citrus and a flowery hint, light maltiness in the back, mellow medium strong bitterness, light sweetness. Very nice.

Een vroege bitter

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a medium, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of crackery pale malt, pineapple, orange, tangerine, peach, grapefruit, earthy yeast and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, pineapple, orange, grapefruit rind, mango, peach, earthy yeast and pine needles in a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Canned 19/05/21. Tropical and citric aromas on a background of grassy hop resin. Notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, mandarins and mangoes. A semi-creamy foam settles on the totally fuzzy golden yellow liquid and remains for long minutes. The taste is rather fruity and tropical with a slight feeling of alcohol and a background of grassy resin. Notes of mandarin, mango with a grassy taste of hops. Maybe it's a matter of freshness here, but this grassy has no place in a NEIPA. Just acceptable. Aromes tropicaux et citriques sur un fond de résine herbeuse de houblons. Notes de pamplemousse, de zestes d’agrumes, de mandarines et de mangues. Une mousse semi crémeuse se dépose sur le liquide jaune doré totalement flou et s’y maintien de longues minutes. Le gout est plutôt fruité et tropical avec une légère sensation d’alcool et un fond de résine herbeuse. Notes de mandarine, de mangue avec un goût herbeux de houblons. Peut-être est-ce une question de fraicheur ici, mais ce ‘’grassy n’a pas sa place dans une NEIPA. Tout juste acceptable. O:7.5 V:5.0 G:6.3 C:3.05 G:11.3 T:33.15
