The short-eared owl, our fruity, reddish colored American Pale ale or for some better described as a Session-IPA. Quite the bitterness and a lot of hop which makes for a very fruity character. Ideal for in the Sun on a beautiful day. Although it would also taste good in snow and rain we think… The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, It is abso-f*cking-lutely ridiculously hopped and for that reason no beer to store in your garage. The younger this beer is drunk the better! (Like all IPA’s Are!! Duhh!)

Pours a clear red amber with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of malts, citrus, hops, grapefruit, nuts. Flavour is malty and fruity with some hops. Nice refreshing Pale Ale, a bit thin though.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, het is een lekker hoppig bier met een zoete hint. Het is lichtbruin van kleur met een medium schuimkraag.

Sampled from tap at ’Uiltje Taproom’. Clear, dark brownish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and a little resiny aroma of mango, orange jam and some pine. Sweetish, moderately fruity and a little resiny taste of mango, orange jam and some pine, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Unclear copper colored, small white not very lasting head. Aroma is of some caramel malt, medium hoppiness, citrus and fruity. Taste is medium- sweet caramel malt, maybe bit biscuit, mostly fruity, grassy and then grapefruity hops, moderate aroma, medium- bitterness, dryish finish. Medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, watery. Decent one. (bottle, Le Trappiste, Brugge)
