Aroma of ripe fruits, apple, orange peel, vinegar, oak, vanilla. Flavour is tart fruit, strong fruity sweetness, some warming alcohol. Finishes tart and dry. Peculiar but good.

Bottle. Amber color. Vinous, slightly oaky aroma with dried red fruit and hints of vanilla. Soft sourish, vinous flavor with vanilla, oak, dried red fruit and orange peels. The alcohol is hidden behind the sweetness and the vinous notes. Great beer!

Probably not very wise to drink this one after a long evening out in Berlin. But it gave us a warm body after a cold walk.
Powerful evening sipper. Boozy and a bit sweet. But the gose link gave it a fine freshness. Good for a beer at this alcohol level. Also some toffee, fruity and oak. Complex and nice stuff. Typical De Molen.
