23 June 2021. At Slot Oostende, Goes. Shared with the lovely Anke! Odd that this one is 'out of production' as seemingly only the label has changed. Hazy dark orange, thin, off-white head. Aroma of oxidized apple, orange, mango, caramel, fruit biscuit. Taste has sweet orange, mango & apricot in a biscuity malt body. Floral hoppy finish with grapefruit peel, orange rinds and warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Drinkable but off-balance.

7.9% ABV on the new label. Bottle. Orange amber color, hazy. Peach and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, full bodied, with some oily hops and licorice. Some tropical fruit, lychee maybe. Long oily hopbitter aftertaste.

Fles 33cl thuis. 7,6%. Goed bitter. Hoppig. Lekker in balans. (3-2012).---.

On tap at stadsbrouwhuis. Not bad, nice for abv, but nothing special. Was hoping for something more from emelisse. Nevertheless nice and drinkable.
