Bottle (from Stockmann, Tallinn). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a long time time. Aroma is sweetness, ginger, fruits, citrus. Flavor is sweet, ginger, malt, fruits, citrus, lemon. Body is thin. Finish is slightly citric bitter. Overall: ok, somewhat dull, but doesn’t offend. I would really prefer more body tho.

Bottle shared on the beach. Light golden with big but short lasting white head. Ginger up front, dead leaves, quite earthy, mineral, soft caramel. Taste is light sweet with light spicy bitter finish. Light bodied.

Lukt: Sterkt preget duft av ingefær.
Utseende: Dunkel lys gulbrun farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Preget smak av ingefær.
Hvor: Kjøpt@VP Bryne, Nydt@Lokal hjemme tasting med Gorm
Medium: Flaske@500ml, ABV@4%, Når@16.05.2015
Kommentar: For mye ingefær etter min smak.

500ml bottle shared with Finn. Fair off-white head. Deep golden brown coloured body. Mild ginger nose. Mid-dry and mid-sweet flavours of ginger. Short ending. Thin to medium bodied. Drinkable, but unvaried (at Finns, Tromsø 27.05.2014).

Flaske 0,5l fra Kilpishalli. Delt med Rune & vasken under rateseanse på Nerstranda 27 Mai 14. Gyldenbrun. Bra skum som daler raskt. Aroma & smak av ingefær med 0 variasjon. Tørr ettersmak.

500ml bottle at Stu’s. Pours clear gold, little to no white head. Strong ginger aroma, which doesn’t really deliver on the taste. Light sweet finish. OK.
