Aroma of bready malts, fruits, yeast, hops. Flavour is malty, some sweetness, more hops, with a nice bitter finish. If this is a Pilsener, it’s one of my favourites.

Tap at Kafe België, Utrecht: Hops, hops and more hops and yes this a very bitter Pilsener.

Tasted in 2002. Big frothy head. Hops, citrus and cream in the aroma. Flavor has an almost oily hoppiness. Herbal and citric. Medium boedied. One of the best pilseners I know of. 8 4 8 4 16 = 4.0 Tasted in december 2013 brewed at Proef. Bottle, blonde. Grassy hoparoma with a hint of citrus. Grassy hopbitter flavor with a hint of citrus, lingering on in the longish aftertaste, Well made beer.

Bottle from Monster Magnet. One of the Protz 300 ticks I was after. Big thanks. Sweet floral aroma, some citrus. A lot of hay. Medium gold. Foamy white head. Initial muted sweetness before a medium bitterness kicks in and on through to the finish. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Some character to it, some bite. Not giving me any saintly euphoria but would happily drink again.
