Sampled from tap in front of ’De Bierkoning’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy, sourish aroma of lemon, gooseberry and white grapes. Sourish, fruity and a little funky taste of lemon, gooseberry and white grapes, followed by a short, moderately tart and dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle at home in garden, 7.4 ABV, 29th May 16. Love the name of this beast. Pours clear. Aroma is funk, yeast. Taste is clean, complex and refreshing. Not bad.

330ml bottle, from trade with Mr Monster Magnet - many thanks! Pours murky yellow with thin white head. Aroma is is light funk. Taste is soft funk, soap, citrus with a very light white wine influence. Low carbonation and a very dry finish. Ok, but lacks a bit of oomph.

33 cl bottle @ home. Clear golden color. White head, quickly receding to a thin layer. Sour aroma, mellowing a bit later, light brett-funk. Retronasal it’s mild sour some wood, tannines, a bit vinous (white), light brett. Flavor is soft sour, mild, with light sweetness, some brett. Light bodied. Dry finish. Fortunately not too much brett...
