Cask at Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer. Residual white head. Light dry palate. Lovely fresh orange tangerine hops. Semi dry finish. Really good hops - highly drinkable.

Cask @ Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak NW5. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty bitter hoppy aroma. Fruity malty verty bitter hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy deep golden. Concentrated spicy bergamott aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Juicy sweaty citric hops, long bitter finsh. Tasty hop centric ale.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some wood, fruits and mild floral notes. Flavour is quite similar with a quite big bitter grassy and floral finish and aftertaste.

Cask, gravity at Dudley Winter Ales Festival Sat 26th November 2011 with Bob Quite easily the best of the offerings that I’ve had at Dudley today by some considerable distance. This is a good tasty beer, really nice and hoppy, good fruitiness with the hops really shining, not sure what they are as I never bothered with a programme. Mid gold in colour with decent clarity. Very good. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
