8 Ball - Big, Bold & Ballsy
One of our earliest recipes, we wanted to push this big IPA all the way. So we packed it full of Rye and dry hopped it for days with American hops, using old pool balls to weigh the hop sack down in the beer. Hence the name.
Go ahead and sink a few, be rude not to really

Rocky off white head left a froth on a dark caramel coloured still body. Pine, rye & spiced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, soft & pillowy over the tongue with a lighter clean back. Spiced fruit, raisin, pine, rye & resinous tastes with bitter hopped up grapefruit finish. Good one.

Bottle at Beer Rebellion. Rich amber red colour, creamy light golden bubbly head. Aroma is satisfyingly weird rye, fruity, pretty nice. Taste is pretty good, slightly cheesy, rye weirdness, light bitterness.
