Our IPA brewed with Northwest American hops prominently featuring Chinook! A pungent aroma gives way to a delicate beer saturated with hop flavor. Soft notes of grapefruit, pine, pineapple, and young mango give way to a spicy finish making this one hard to put down. We find Sap to be one of our most complex and intricate IPAs - We love it dearly!

Can (5/15/20) pour from the brewery, Charlton (mixed review 6/19/20 and 8/11/20). Appearance is opaque dark yellow with nice sparkle, a few white floaties, 3-finger width fluffy white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong pine and milder grapefruit. Taste is strong pine with milder grapefruit, late mango. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and sweet, almost citrusy, finish with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, not the typical juicy, fruity offering from TH. Not the most complex but nice to have something different from them--like their take on a West Coast IPA. More head and sparkle with age, initial boldness of aroma and taste fades rapidly with older can,

Pours clear amber with a thick white head. Aroma of resin and pine. Taste has resinous citrus notes as well as a dry malt base. Palate has resinous hop elements. West coast.

Can from Chris: pours light haze with a white head... long lasting for what it is worth. Aroma is a super clean fruitiness... really nice. Taste is pretty sweet. Rounded northern fruitiness. Quite nice. Truly does have some complexity. I enjoy.

Definitely lives up to its name with its lingering, sticky finish. Smells quite crisp, tastes quite hoppy.
