Pas nerveuse cette Erdinger Weissbier. Sur un rythme plan-plan, une douceur certaine et un cocktail aromatique simple, difficile de se passionner pour celle-ci. Une bouteille de 50 cl est d'ailleurs nettement de trop. Le visuel est sur un blond jaunâtre trouble avec une fine mousse blanche à la surface. Nez plat sur le pain avec un léger fruit (banane, pomme). L'attaque manque de caractère et de tension sur le pain, la coriandre, la banane et la pomme. L'ensemble est doux avec un alcool, à 5,3 % aux abonnés absents. La deuxième bouche est à l'identique avec une très légère acidité. L'ensemble est d'une platitude affligeante. J'ai craint l'endormissement sur l'arrière bouche et sur le final, où les arômes perdent un peu plus à chaque instant pour terminer sur du pain liquide. Corpulence et longueur sont très moyennes. Bof.

Bottle from local Asda. Amazingly, I don’t seem to have drunk this beer since my records began in 2013. Here’s putting that to rights. Has a subtle aroma of wheatabix mixed with banana and a smidgen of tangerine. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a vivacious white head. In the mouth theres a brief glimpse of sweet malt, before the wheat esters kick in with banana, bubblegum, vanilla and a touch of honey. Finish is bananas with a little spiciness. Nice, but not as good as I remember it being.

0,5l bottle. Almost clear golden beer with cloudy head. Aroma has wheat, grain and citrus. Flavor has wheat and grain. Decent.

Pours yellow with a thin white lacing. Aroma of sweetened malt. Taste has honey, slightly floral malt. Palate has grassy nasal notes, slightly sweet malt. Unremarkable but good.

Opaque amber with lasting head. Funky, yeasty aroma. Flavor is slightly spicy and creamy wheat beer feel, with a funky and hop bitter finish.

Sehr spritziges Weisses, eher gehaltvoll, wenig fruchtig. Ich mag es etwas sommerlich-leichter, aber durchaus ok. Nachtrag: wird schnell schal.

500ml bottle BBE in 9 months. My first Weissbier. Pours a cloudy light orange, large foamy head. Aroma of grain and sweetness, a little fruitiness. High carbonation at first then moderate, moderate body, quite a foamy yet silky smoothness on palate; very nice. Taste of malt, wheat, sweetness, a hint of fruit. Lovely, I think I could like this style.
